KEEP IT MOVING FORWARD CHALLENGE THIS WEEKEND

An amazingly healthy, productive and possibly free thing you can do for yourself this weekend is to get a really awesome workout in.

Walking, running, swimming, yoga, dance class, catch with the kids. Something!!

I’ve been trying to work in more quick yet effective at-home strength training exercises to get the day started.

There are lots of free easy to use apps that can get you a great workout in just a few minutes. It’s a great way to start and get off the couch!! You can even sneak one of these in during the 7th inning stretch of a baseball game. You gotta start somewhere right?

You can try the Johnson & Johnson 7 minute Workout. This app is super easy to use, free and effective! Great for beginners or the experienced exercise goers can dial it up for some burn!
